What They Needed
Aqua Cooling wanted a quote calculator on their site that would provide users with an indication of the savings they could make by adding free cooling technology to their existing process cooling system. The calculator needed to provide an estimate for an annual and 10 year cost saving. Not only would this help customers to get the information they need quickly, but it will help Aqua’s sales team to identify leads and provide accurate quotations.
Aqua Cooling wanted a cooling calculator to allow users to better understand their cooling requirements, and increase lead generation.
What We Did
The tech team set about creating a system that was simple for users to complete and then provides detailed information in a straight-forward way that will make sense to potential customers and help them to better understand just how much money free cooling system help them save. This information can help to inform customers about how they could benefit from the systems, thus increasing lead generation for Aqua. The results also go to the team, where the in-depth information can help them to develop full & detailed quotes for each user. The details are also stored in a Google Sheet, allowing for easy management and exportation if required. The sheet also has complex formulas to carry out the calculations needed for the quotes.
